cancellation policy

When you reserve a tour date, it is your date/time as long as the boat Captain determines that the weather is appropriate. We reserve the right to make whatever changes in the tour that circumstances dictate, including cancellations due to weather, mechanical failure, etc.  

• Lightning, hail, high winds and torrential rain are a few examples of severe weather that may result in the boat Captain terminating or halting the tour. 
• A tour terminated by the Captain due to the bad weather, once fishing has commenced, will not be entitled to a refund if the party agrees to begin the tour knowing of the impending weather.
•  If we must cancel a tour due to inclement weather, in lieu of a refund we reserve the right to reschedule the tour for the first available date acceptable to both you and the company, provided a reasonable amount of tour time has not already been completed. If you choose to have a refund issued it will be at a prorated amount and you will be charged a 25% fee.  Special exceptions will be made for those traveling and unable to reschedule. 
•  A tour terminated due to member(s) of the party getting sick will not be entitled to a refund or credit. 
• It is your responsibility to notify all members of your party and arrange for your party to be present on the date and time that was scheduled. Late departures due to a late arrival will still count towards your tour time.
•  All tours operate under the authority of the boat Captain. The boat Captain has the authority to terminate the tour in the event of unacceptable conduct by anyone in the party.
•  If you do not show up at the place designated on the day of your tour, you will forfeit your deposit 
• Usage or possession of narcotics, marijuana, or the possession of any other illegal substances of any nature will result in the termination of the tour and forfeiture of all money paid.
